About the Maps

I love quality maps, and I'm very proud of the more than 140 maps and illustrations I've created for 1942: Crux of War. Many of the Eastern Front maps are based on the large-scale German LageOst situation maps; others in the book are derived from official histories and other sources; almost all feature shaded-relief topography from Google.
I hope you enjoy this peek at some of them!
